Freedom Industrial Park is a partnership firm from Surat. You'll deal directly with the partners, at the site office in the park.
The partners
Freedom Industrial Park is developed by three partners from Surat: Prashantbhai, Manishbhai and Ashokbhai. We set out to build an industrial park where a buyer can check everything before deciding: the NA permission, the layout plan the Town Planner checked and recommended, and roads, power and water already in place.
We're at the park ourselves. When you visit, you meet the partners, walk the plots with us and get straight answers on size, price and paperwork.

How we've set up the park
What a buyer can check for themselves.
Legal permission first
The land has NA permission for industrial use from the Collector, Surat, and the Town Planner, Surat has checked and recommended the layout plan.
Services already in
RCC roads, the DGVCL power line, water, drainage, street lights, the compound wall and gate, and security are already provided.
Common land for the owners
The common plots and roads belong jointly to the plot owners, as the NA order requires.
Open about the site
Plot areas and outlines come from the approved layout and the architect's drawing. The plan also shows the 440 kV line that crosses the site, so you can see where every plot stands.
Meet us at the park
The site office is open Monday to Saturday, 10 am to 5 pm.
